In fact pretty much everyone on AI from a certain point until the end doesn't have to worry about a job from here on out. There are people hanging around waiting for them to get eliminated to offer them deals.
Most are probably tentatively done pending their loss.
For some its no major advantage to win except to say they are THE American Idol. The deals are sometimes better for the losers.
Josiah Leming the cool, emotional little busker kid living in his car that didn't even make the top 25, got a better deal than if he won the whole competition!
There's plenty of $$ to go around for all of them believe me.
