Last night was really poor how Seacrest handled launching Michael who didn't deserve to get kicked to the curb like that.
Seacrest is taking a lot of heat for that.

But she made the top votes so who am I to say. She was still better than a few. Kristy Lee was starting to get much more tolerable. She wasn't gonna win but I thought she had started to do much better than in the earlier rounds.

I didn't hate her rendition, but I didn't love it either. It did make me want to go and listen to the original Harry Nilsson version though, which I did. NOT the Mariah version though... she completely overdid that song. I couldn't stand her version, nor could I stand it when she and Luther Vandross covered Endless Love. It was a see who can out-do who vocal competition and had no heart behind it.
Anyway, I digress. Carly needs to loosen the heck up and sing like we all know that she can.
I thought that Brooke White should have gone last week and this week... the Brooke has run dry. Kristy Lee would have been my next choice. David A. & Jason are pleasant to listen to, but limited.
Unfortunately, I think that David Cook has this thing wrapped up, but Carly should get the record deal that she deserves finally... and now she is well-known. Good for her.
Didn't see Danielle there again this week, but I'm sure that she will return to support Carly.

I actually think Brooke is quite good (although I agree that she wasn't as good the last two weeks). I'm a little surprised Syesha is still in, though.
