Everyone should buy one of these
I just noticed that Carly Hennessy's album Ultimate High is selling ridiculously cheap on eBay (for under $1 + shipping at buy it now, others are currently listed for one cent with no bids, yet). For those who don't know, the album was mostly written & produced by Gregg and Danielle (I think all except one song), and anybody who likes Danielle's solo work will probably like this one as well...

It is a really good album. I bought it shortly after it came out. If you like Gregg and/or Danielle, their sound is all over it, and so is Danielle's voice in the background vocals. I recently started listening to this CD again, and I have fallen in love with the track "What I've Found". Unfortunately, buying it on eBay doesn't really help them make back the money was invested into this unfortunate financial failure. :( This should have been a huge success. Unfortunately, a teen-pop song about oral sex is a bit of a self-contradiction and caused its demise on the airways. I agree with Fritz. BUY IT! You won't be sorry.

I think there's two versions, the normal CD and the later enhanced version with videos. :?

Yes, there's a Special Edition (released in Europe) with the video for "I'm Gonna Blow Your Mind", which is also going quite cheap on eBay. I saw two or three of those for about €2 (buy it now) on eBay Germany yesterday.

Thank you! I see it on eBay for about 2--4 USD (that includes shipping) so I bid on one of her album CDs. I think I will like it.

I like it a lot, her music is a mix between New Radicals, Roxette, and Belinda Carlisle. In some of her songs her voice sounds very similar to Belinda Carlisle :o. Pablo

Just thought I'd point out that now that Carly is on Idol, the album sells for over 20 bucks on eBay. :D Apparently they only did 10,000 copies back in 2001. Maybe it's time to sell my extra copy before MCA decides to press new ones.

That's hilarious! A lot of eBay users really to strike me as quite dim. I got a message a couple of weeks ago from a Last.fm user asking for a copy of the single track, and when i checked albums where still £0.01. Right now, on Amazon marketplace or eBay.co.uk the album can still be got for less than £3

While we're on the subject wasn't there two videos for I'm Gonna Blow Your Mind? Was there one for Beautiful You? Also don't forget the single cds, how much are they currently going for? Was it ever released in Japan? LOL 20 questions I should really know, are we there yet? :D

I mentioned the video because I'm sure I saw a different version once. I remember one being sort of tame and one being all sexed up, which I think is the one on YouTube.
