It's a social network, kinda like Myspace.
I did, unfortunately, have some erroneous charges to Facebook on my credit card a month or two ago thanks to some lovely identity thieves!!!

MySpace is good enough for me, anyways I keep in touch with friends other ways. Big in the news here though, as far too many kids end up posting safety sensitive data about themselves and it's perfect hunting grounds for id thieves and other evil types.

Same for me. Plus Facebook never really got off the ground in Germany, because back when they only allowed U.S. students to register, a German website basically just copied the idea and now all the German students are registered on that other site and nobody cares about Facebook here.
Facebook already had several NR groups :P

I only use MySpace. I can't keep up with more than one friend site. It's way too much hassle!
