List: Songs written by Gregg Alexander (updated Feb. '08)
Here's an updated version of the list of songs written (and usually also produced) by Gregg Alexander. The list currently excludes his solo work, Danielle Brisebois' solo work, and the New Radicals' releases. Other than that, I hope it's all here. Singles are listed in red. I have decided not to list co-writers for now, but most of these were of course co written with other songwriters (probably more often than not Rick Nowels). Any new additions to the list are marked by a blinking, green "new", like this: <blink>*new*</blink> Artists with more than one track by Gregg Alexander: Ronan Keating from Ronan (2000): "Life Is A Rollercoaster" "Heal Me" from Destination (2002): "I Love It When We Do" "Lovin' Each Day" "Love Won't Work (If We Don't Try)" "Come Be My Baby" "My One Thing That's Real" "Time For Love" "Blown Away" "As Much As I Can Give You Girl" "Pickin' Me Up" "I Got My Heart On You" (UK bonus track) "Je T'aime Plus Que Tout" (French bonus track featuring Cecilia Cara) from Turn It On (2003): "Give You What You Want" (UK bonus track) "Getting Started" (Alternate UK bonus track) from Bring You Home (2006): "(We Just Need) Time" Carly Hennessy from Ultimate High (2001; Some of these were produced by Danielle Brisebois): "I'm Gonna Blow Your Mind" "Surface Wound" "You'll Never Meet God (If You Break My Heart)" "No One's Safe From Goodbye" "Young Love" "I Need A Little Love" "What I've Found" B-side from "Beautiful You" single (2001): "No One Comes Around" Sophie Ellis-Bextor from Read My Lips (2001): "Murder on the Dancefloor" "Music Gets the Best of Me" from Shoot from the Hip (2003): "Mixed Up World" "I Won't Change You" "Party in My Head" (produced by Damian leGassick) Enrique Iglesias (all from Seven (2003); written under the pseudonym Alex Ander) "The Way You Touch Me" "Say It" "Break Me Shake Me" "Live It Up Tonight" Scott Cain (all from Controlled Folly (2002); Produced by Michael Szumowsk) "I'm Moving On" "Crazy People Rock" "I Can't Deny It" The Hollies (all from Staying Power (2006); not produced by Gregg Alexander) These are (slightly retitled) cover versions of the Enrique Iglesias songs (minus "Say It", plus "Suspended Animation", which was written for Iglesias' album, but didn't make it). God, I'm Moving On makes me so depressed. It's so obviously a full out New Radicals song! It would it have been incredible if Gregg himself did it though. >_<
