A quick update, I'm working as a customer service representative at a call center. I take calls for a company*---the customers call in & ask why this company is appearing on their credit report! There are some interesting converstations, but I love the job & I get to talk in Spanish with some of the callers :D

Hahaha! No offense to you Pablo, because you're the coolest...but I really HATE a lot of the people in your profession. Can you say, "freecreditreport.com"? I checked my "free credit report" and was billed each month after. Grr...LMAO :lol:

Hehehehe, no we are not related to getting credit reports...it's for a phone company. When you don't pay the bills it goes on the credit report after a while and then the darling customers call us and want to know why ;). You want to try this website: www.annualcreditreport.com (phone number 1-877-922-8228) & that's for US only. You are allowed to request report once a year. Freecreditreport is a scam b/c they enroll you in their "Triple Advantage" program. The annualcreditreport website is not related with the phone company, but rather it is provided by USA federal law because we are allowed to check our credit reports with all three credit bureaus once a year. I did it with that website and you do get it for free. A few years ago when the law was not passed I had to pay 38 USD! The only thing that they can charge you now is to get the credit score which is 8 USD, but if you don't want the credit score the report is free. Have a nice day ;) (****I don't work for the above website and the website is free unless you want to discover your credit score. There are no enrollment programs.
